1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
3 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup monkfruit sweetener
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup Max Sweets mini dark chocolate chips
1/4 cup crumbled Simple Mills honey cinnamon sweet thins
1/2 bag Max Mallow classic vanilla marshmallows
preheat oven to 350F/180C. line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
in a large bowl, mix together eggs, butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
add in almond flour, cocoa powder, monkfruit sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
fold in the chocolate chips.
pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 15-17 minutes. remove pan from the oven and top with crumbled sweet thins and marshmallows.
place the pan back in the oven and broil for 1-2 minutes until the marshmallows are melted.
