Ingredients

1/4 C butter, softened

1/4 C sugar free sweetener

1 egg yolk

3 TBSP Cocoa powder

1 package chocolate cupcake protein

1/2 TSP Vanilla

1 C Almond flour
-
1/2 TSP baking powder
-
Dash of salt

Add ins: Max Mallow Marshmallows, Max Sweets Mini Chocolate Chips, Chopped walnuts
Directions
Mix butter and sweetener until fluffy. Add in egg yolk & vanilla and mix until combined.
Add in all other ingredients and mix.
Roll into balls and press the cookies into your chocolate chip/nut mixture if desired.
Bake on a parchment lined cookie sheet at 350 for about 10-12 minutes.
During the last minute of baking, add marshmallow pieces on top so they don’t get over cooked. After I took mine out of the oven I used my kitchen torch to brown them a bit more.
