Maxed out Butternut Squash Dish

Ingredients

butternut squash

Max Mallows

Pecans
-
CInnamon (unless you use Cinnamon Toast Max Mallows)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Wash and dry the whole squash, then place on a baking tray with parchment paper. Pierce once or twice with the tip of a sharp knife, then bake in the oven for 1 hour 30 minutes, or until golden and very soft.
Allow butternut squash to cool and then slice open along side.
Sprinkle salt on top of squash and then scoop out into dish.
Sprinkle cinnamon (unless using Cinnamon Toast Max Mallows
Crush pecans and sprinkle on top
Add mallows to top of and bake until mallows char
Serve and enjoy!

My family loves this go-to Thanksgiving staple. While pumpkin is super healthy, no one like it! Butternut squash is just as healthy and delicious.
