1 can (14 oz) full-fat coconut milk, chilled in the refrigerator overnight

Directions
Begin by melting the Dark Chocolate Mini-Chips in a heatproof bowl set over a pot of simmering water, stirring occasionally until smooth. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
While the chocolate is cooling, carefully scoop out the solidified coconut cream from the chilled can of coconut milk, leaving behind the liquid. Place the coconut cream in a mixing bowl.
Using a mixer, whip the coconut cream until it becomes fluffy and stiff peaks form.
In a separate bowl, combine Max Mallows and 1 tablespoon of water. Microwave for 30 seconds or until the marshmallows are softened. Stir until smooth.
Fold the melted marshmallows into the whipped coconut cream gently until well combined.
Gradually fold in the melted chocolate into the marshmallow-coconut cream mixture until fully incorporated.
Add pure maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the mixture. Stir until everything is evenly combined and smooth.
Divide the Max’s Chocolate Mousse Magic into serving glasses or ramekins.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
