Diets may help you lose weight, but no need to lose your health!

Cut out the carbs. Load up on brown rice. Get enough protein – but not too much! Avoid dairy, unless, of course, it’s from pasture-fed cows.  How do we make healthy sound decisions when bombarded by so many claims? Meanwhile, you are struggling with a weight problem and a health challenge, and wondering whether you should be more worried about counting calories or getting adequate nutrients.
